SAP Business Process & Transformation Manager

📍 Melville, NY (Long Island) 🏭 Global Manufacturing Company 💼 Full-Time A global manufacturing organization is embarking on a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process & Transformation Manager to play a key role in the success of this enterprise-wide initiative. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and implementation partners, helping define future-state processes and ensure alignment across departments as the company progresses through the Explore, Design, and Integration phases of the implementation. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to help shape how the organization operates for years to come.
## What You'll Do
Partner with leadership, business units, and SAP implementation consultants to define and optimize future-state business processes Drive requirements gathering and process discovery activities during the Explore phase of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing, Finance, and Customer Service Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable SAP solutions Support process design, system integration, testing, and deployment activities as the project advances into the Design and Integration phases Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and automation Help drive organizational change management and user adoption efforts Coordinate with internal teams and external consulting partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
## What We're Looking For
Prior experience participating in or leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas Experience working closely with SAP consulting teams and business stakeholders Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related SAP modules Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly preferred Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Melville, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
