- Salary: $77,760 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
- Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
- Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
- Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
