About this role
For a strategic transformation program within a CIO Office, we are looking for an experienced IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant. You will support the program lead in establishing the program management foundations and designing a scalable framework for key transformation initiatives.
* Establish baseline documentation through data collection, analysis and stakeholder interviews
* Develop foundational program management documentation
* Manage program planning, reporting and progress tracking
* Assess and design large-scale IT transformation programs
* Develop a blueprint and governance framework for future transformation initiatives
* Identify innovation, optimization and cost-reduction opportunities
* Apply proven transformation and program management methodologies
* Assess the impact of IT changes on people, processes and organizational structures
* Advise senior stakeholders on strategic IT and organizational challenges
* Prepare and present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive management
* Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
* 7–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, program management or a comparable strategic role
* Strong track record in large-scale IT transformation programs
* Proven experience managing complex projects in large organizations
* Solid understanding of organizational change management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities
* Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills
* Confident communication with senior executives
* Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and documentation skills
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
* Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
* Fluent English
* French or additional languages are an advantage
* Experience within the luxury industry is a plus
