- Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN
- Very good knowledge on SIP / SDP protocol / RTP / SRTP / TLS protocols
- Must have experience with Freeswitch
- Experience with Voice agents, Gen AI, LLMs, RAG and agentic architecture
- Experience in MySQL, MongoDB
- Standard features of Enterprise Communication Servers (PBXs)
- Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques
- Review work of resources
- Good in Written and verbal communication
