Horizon Health in Yankton, SD is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician to assist care teams with patients in a clinical setting. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. *Individuals with CNA license in State of South Dakota are preferred, but will provide on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care for patients including rooming patients, completing vitals, scheduling follow up appointments as needed.
• Initiate and perform skills including labs, x-rays, and vital signs per organizational procedure.
• Receptionist duties as assigned including but not limited to answering the telephone, making appointments, referral management, checking in patients and other office procedures.
