Job Responsibilities

- Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations.
- Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates.
- Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure concerns have been resolved.
- Identify and document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive.
- Accurately complete all required documentation for each repair.
- Stay up to date on manufacturer information, recalls, and training.
- Return vehicles to their proper locations, ensuring they are clean and secured.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points and no major violations.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a service technician (manufacturer certifications preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
