Service Porter / Shuttle Driver

Baker Automotive Group has a unique opportunity for the right candidate wanting to start their career with an automotive dealership group. We are looking for a Service Porter / Shuttle Driver at our beautiful Buick GMC dealership in Hudsonville, MI. This is a full-time hourly paid position.

Job Responsibilities:

- Safely shuttle service customers to and from the dealership.

- Keep service vehicles organized and in the right place

- Assist Advisors with keeping the service lane clear of vehicles and staging completed vehicles to be picked up.

- Keep dealership grounds clean, organized and free of debris.

- Empty trash, remove cardboard and scrap in the service department.

- Assist the department with errands such as scrap disposal, parts pick-up, supply runs, etc.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

- From big to small, you take pride in everything you do

- A clean, valid drivers license is required. You must be insurable.

- Comfortable with guest interaction

- The ideal candidate wants to start a career in service repair and grow into a Technician role.

- Able to work full time. Is reliable and dependable.

- Able to work on your feet and lift up to 25lbs

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background & Drug & MVR)

- High School Diploma or equivalent
