Job Summary: Leads all U.S. IR Optics and Materials operations across Saxonburg, PA; Santa Rosa, CA; and Eugene, OR, providing unified oversight and strategic direction for multi site manufacturing operations supporting >$250M in annual revenue. Drives operational excellence, capacity planning, workforce development, and cross site alignment to meet customer, market, and technology roadmap expectations. Partners closely with global operations leadership to ensure consistency, scalability, and readiness across the full U.S. manufacturing footprint.
