Position Overview

PsyPhyCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-person behavioral health and counseling services for a federally funded program in the Victoria, Texas area.

The clinician will provide client-centered counseling services to adults experiencing behavioral health, adjustment, relationship, and life-transition concerns. Services may include individual, group, couples, and family counseling.

Responsibilities

- Provide in-person individual, group, couples, and family counseling
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based, client-centered counseling interventions
- Address behavioral health, adjustment, trauma, relationship, and life-transition concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate services and referrals when appropriate
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and program requirements

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Current license permitting independent clinical practice
- Experience providing individual behavioral health counseling
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to provide services in person in the Victoria, TX area
- Experience with trauma-informed care, adjustment counseling, or similar populations preferred
- Experience working within government, community-based, or structured behavioral health programs is a plus
