Salary: £ 25,038 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Weekday shifts 8am-4pm/10.30am-6.30pm, Saturday on a rota basis

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Associate to join Gower Veterinary Surgery.
Client Care Associates are integral to creating the first impression of our practice. Clients and visitors should be welcomed in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Applicants must be friendly and personable, with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer facing role within a Veterinary Practice preferable.

Growth within the role is encouraged and successful applicants will be given further training.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Welcoming and registering new customers.
- Booking in customers and diary management.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries.
- Managing customer expectations regarding waiting times.
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc
- Processing prescription requests.
- Taking payments.
- Promoting offers and services.
- Ensuring that public areas and consult rooms are clean and presentable.
