DBH Commercial Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA
ROLE SUMMARY
The DBH Commercial Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive sales, profitability, and category growth. The role holder will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, optimizing product assortment and pricing strategies, monitoring category performance, and identifying market opportunities to enhance the overall commercial performance of the business.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and execute the DPH category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and annual commercial agreements.
- Analyze category performance and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Define assortment strategy, product selection, and category segmentation.
- Lead pricing, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives to maximize commercial performance.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure product availability and successful execution.
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and commercial reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Category Management, or Buying.
- Experience managing DPH, FMCG, or Household categories within retail.
- Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
