Position Summary
The HR Recruiter supports both talent acquisition and HR operations , managing the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate, compliant employee records. This role partners with hiring managers, keeps the hiring pipeline moving, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate background checks
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records
- Process onboarding documents (including I-9s)
- Maintain employee records and support audits
- Respond to employee HR questions and support training & events
Qualifications
Requirements and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient user of MS Office suite and experience with an HRIS system, preferably Paycom.
- Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the importance of integrity and confidentiality when handling human resource files and records.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
