About this role
We are in search of a dependable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. Must have Asphalt experience. A good understanding of safety procedures, willingness to learn and be flexible. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug test.
General Expectations
- Work as a committed member of the paving crew; assist others as needed to keep production moving
- Take ownership of assigned equipment and treat it with care and professionalism
- Arrive on time and ready to work at designated start times and job locations
- Maintain consistent attendance and communicate availability and schedule conflicts in advance
- Wear required PPE at all times, including hard hat, high-visibility apparel, safety boots, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection as required
- Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a safe, respectful job-site environment
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Type A) with a clean driving record.
- ALPHALT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in transportation.
Pay: Compensation will be based on experience.
Physical:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work extended hours, including overtime when required.
- Construction job sites with exposure to moving equipment, traffic, dust, noise, and hot asphalt materials.
- Frequent travel between project locations may be required.
- Overtime and weekend work may be necessary during peak construction seasons.

- 10-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
