We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building lasting relationships with homeowners.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform installations, maintenance, and service repairs on plumbing equipment and fixtures
- Provide homeowners with professional recommendations and solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local and national plumbing codes
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a five-star customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Ability to build trust and educate homeowners on recommended solutions
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving requirements
