DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee aircraft maintenance visit or modification
Maintain work schedule and oversight of project coordinators
Reporting and invoice review
Spot check of MROs
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Airframe and powerplant license
Ten years of experience in a heavy maintenance environment on Boeing 767 or equivalent aircraft
Two years of leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Self-motivated, competent in problem solving skills and analytical ability
Ability to use independent judgment, provide/suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner
Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of transport category aircraft maintenance
Valid state issued drivers license
Computer skills, specifically in the use of MS office products
Frequent travel for MRO site visits – monthly
PREFERRED SKILLS:
College degree in Aviation
Previous maintenance rep or project coordinator experience
Previous Maintenix program experience
