Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 3 (Day Shift) Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician for the day shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and troubleshooting of complex systems, with a focus on safety and precision. This role involves integrating subassemblies, reading mechanical and electrical schematics, and preparing systems for functional testing. Responsibilities

- Demonstrate safe work practices including electrical safety and safe lifting techniques, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Follow work instructions to integrate subassemblies and components into complex systems for functional testing.
- Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics accurately.
- Use precision measurement tools such as torque wrenches, DMMs, height standards, levels, and electronic data gathering tools as prescribed.
- Disassemble and pack systems in preparation for shipment and delivery to customers.
- Write daily pass downs and store build data as directed.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist Manufacturing Engineers in resolving complex issues.
- Identify and suggest improvements for safety, manufacturing processes, or 6S.
- Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in assembly and troubleshooting of complex systems.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and control systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with various teams and clients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Associate’s degree in technical engineering or a experience in Technical Field Service preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is preferred.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving recurring problems.
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.

Work Environment The role requires physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing. The use of standard hand tools and standard office equipment is necessary. Work will involve assembling and troubleshooting complex systems, including vacuum-based equipment, electrical, mechanical, and control boxes.

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
