About this role

Location: Onsite - New Albany, OH

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 24 months (possible extension)

Compensation: $25/$28 per hour (based on experience)

Summary of the Role

Support site manufacturing operations by coordinating new-hire and visitor onboarding, facilitating orientation activities, and maintaining training and communication materials. Provide administrative and project coordination support to site leadership, ensuring new employees and visitors are well-prepared and welcomed. Partner with multiple departments to enable a seamless, professional onboarding and operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation, including agenda development, scheduling, communications, and cross-functional coordination

- Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics: site access, technology provisioning, workspace setup, required training, and pre-start communications

- Lead onboarding activities for new hires and visitors by providing process guidance, coordinating access and training needs, and ensuring a positive site experience

- Maintain, update, and coordinate review of onboarding and training materials; ensure materials are current and controlled

- Provide administrative support to site leadership, including calendar management, meeting logistics, communications, and presentation preparation

- Serve as backup to site administrative assistants as needed

- Organize and participate in stakeholder and project meetings; document decisions, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up

- Prepare, distribute, and maintain site communications, presentations, reports, and project updates

- Support project coordination, special initiatives, and process improvement efforts

- Develop and implement tools, trackers, and processes to improve decision-making, efficiency, and onboarding workflows

Required Experience & Skills

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Professional support to employees, leaders, and visitors

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation with multiple site functions

- Manage onboarding logistics, including access, IT setup, workspace readiness, and training

- Guide new hires and visitors through onboarding and ensure a positive experience

- Update and control onboarding and training materials

- Provide comprehensive administrative support and backup for site leadership

- Organize meetings, capture decisions, track action items, and follow up

- Distribute communications, reports, and project updates

- Support and implement process improvements for onboarding and administration

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED and 4 years of administrative, coordination, operations support, human resources, training, or related experience

- Associate degree and 2 years of administrative, coordination, operations support, human resources, training, or related experience

- Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of administrative, coordination, operations support, human resources, training, or related experience
