Job Summary and Responsibilities

- Facility based (+sister facility) Float I Single Location

- Facility based (+sister facility) Float II 2 Locations

- Locations can include: Emergency, Women's Health/OB, Pediatrics, NICU, Pre/Post OP,

- Perioperative/Periprocedural, Intensive Care, Progressive Care, Medical/Surgical.

- Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy.

Job Requirements

Required

- Associate Of Nursing and Two years of general RN care experience

- Registered Nurse: AZ

- American Heart Association

Basic Life Support - CPR

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support

- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) N/A within 12 - months

- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) N/A within 12 - months

- Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN) N/A within 12 - months

- Transport Nurse Advanced Trauma Course (TNATC) N/A within 12 - months

Preferred

- Two years of medical/surgical, progressivecare or critical care experience.

- Bachelors Of Nursing
