We are hiring for an Inventory Control position here in Columbus, Ohio! This is a long-term career opportunity working within the biotech and pharmaceutical fields. This role will primarily involve handling inventory and performing cycle counts on site. An ideal candidate will have prior inventory experience. Job Description The Inventory Technician supports all aspects of incoming and outgoing materials and products on the inventory team. This role focuses on accurate inventory management, quality control of biological reagents and supplies, and precise documentation in SAP to ensure materials are properly received, labeled, stored, and delivered to the correct laboratory locations. Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Review purchase orders and prepare appropriate samples to be sent out.
- Conduct inventory checks of incoming supplies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Label incoming supplies.
- Transport inventory across different floors to proper sites and storage closets.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation in the SAP system.
- Map and compare packing lists with actual received items and quantities to verify correctness.
- Complete labeling, put-away activities, and update item locations in SAP to reflect current inventory status.
Qualifications
- Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
- Must have inventory management experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
