We’re seeking Connecticut Licensed Journeyman Electricians and Electrical Foremen to join an established commercial electrical contractor with steady work throughout Connecticut. This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, strong benefits, and real room to advance.

Whether you’re an experienced Journeyman looking for a solid long-term home, ready to step into leadership, or an established Foreman looking to take on larger projects, we’d like to speak with you.

Current Opportunities

Lead Foreman – Tier 3
$50–$55+/hr DOE

- Lead $5M+ commercial projects
- Manage assistant foremen and crews of 10+ electricians
- Company vehicle and gas card
- Quarterly performance bonus up to $2,000

Foreman – Tier 2
$47–$50/hr

- Lead commercial projects ranging from approximately $300K–$1.5M
- Supervise crews of approximately 5–8 electricians

Foreman – Tier 1
$44–$47/hr

- Great opportunity for electricians ready to grow into leadership
- Run smaller commercial projects
- Lead crews of approximately 2–3 electricians

Journeyman Electrician
$38–$44/hr DOE

- Connecticut E1 or E2 license required
- Commercial electrical installation and service
- Opportunity to grow into Foreman and leadership roles

Projects may include commercial buildings, hospitals and healthcare facilities, assisted living facilities, medical imaging/CAT Scan installations, and prevailing wage work.

Qualifications

- Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License
- Commercial electrical experience
- Foreman/leadership experience required for Foreman-level opportunities
- Ability to read blueprints and work effectively with project teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must pass background check, physical, and drug screen (THC not included in testing)

Schedule

Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Occasional overtime available; hours may vary by project.
