Position Overview : We have an opening for an Assembler in our Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate for the role will be a team player, has good attention to detail, takes initiative and is self-motivated.
Job Duties:
- Assemble various sub-assemblies to print and worksheet specifications.
- Experience with operating heavy machinery including forklifts and hand jacks.
- Proficient in use of various hand tools including drills, air tools, etc.
- Interface with fellow employees to accomplish goals.
- Use of scanners to pick inventory for jobs.
- Record labor time in computer.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with being a team player.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Metal working machinery experience a plus.
