The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner to support a large, complex Technology Infrastructure organization in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader who combines strategic business partnership with hands-on FP&A expertise.
You’ll work closely with senior Technology leaders to manage financial performance, evaluate major investments, improve forecasting, and provide insights that influence business decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting for a large Technology portfolio.

- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior Technology leadership.

- Analyze financial performance, variances, risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.

- Develop business cases and evaluate major technology investments.

- Provide hands-on financial modeling and scenario analysis.

- Partner across Technology, Finance, Sourcing, Product, and other functions .

- Apply Technology Business Management (TBM) principles to technology costs and P&L management.

- Drive financial and operational process improvements.

- Lead and develop Finance professionals.

- Present financial recommendations to senior executives.

Required Qualifications

✓ Strong Technology Finance experience
✓ Hands-on FP&A expertise
✓ Experience owning a large, complex portfolio

You should also bring

- Experience partnering with senior executives in a large, matrixed organization.

- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems .

- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

- People leadership experience.

Preferred: Apptio/TBM experience, Agile IT exposure, technology infrastructure finance experience, and/or a Master’s degree.
