About this role

JVM Lending , a leading U.S.-based mortgage company, is looking for a   Data and CRM Specialist   for a   permanent remote position .

We’re seeking a detail-oriented data professional with advanced Excel skills and CRM expertise to help manage, clean, and maintain accurate data across platforms. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of data integrity best practices, and experience working with CRM systems. Familiarity with AI tools for automation and data analysis is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced data manipulation and cleaning in Excel, using tools like Text-to-Columns, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Custom Sort, and complex formulas to maintain and improve data accuracy.

- Manage, update, and maintain client and loan records within Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms, ensuring data is current and accurate.

- Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, integrity, and readiness for reporting or system input.

- Document existing CRM workflows, including Salesforce flows and HubSpot automations, detailing logic, triggers, and expected outcomes for clear team understanding and future improvements.

- Generate and distribute key reports from the CRM to support operational decision-making, compliance requirements, and performance tracking.

- Proactively identify data discrepancies, errors, or gaps and implement corrective actions to uphold high standards of data quality.

- Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to streamline data processes, enhance accuracy, and improve reporting capabilities.

- Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement opportunities related to data management, CRM usage, and automation.

- Assist in training and supporting staff on CRM best practices and data integrity protocols to ensure consistent and efficient system use.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.

- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.

- Proven experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.

- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Python scripting).

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Excellent written communication for documenting technical processes.

- Ability to work independently and remotely with reliable internet and home office setup.

Preferred:

- Experience in mortgage or financial services industry.

- Knowledge of process mapping or flow diagramming tools.
