Service Writer / Advisor – Nissan

Full-Time | Commission | $60,000 - $90,000

What Youll Do:
- Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians.
- Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations.
- Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance – and sell with integrity.
- Provide timely updates to customers on service status.
- Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication.
- Maintain high Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores.
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required).
- Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CDK software (preferred).
- Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving and background record.
- At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role.
