About this role
The Director of Organizational Development is responsible for establishing and sustaining organizational
development strategies for Adena Health System. The central goal/focus of the Director is to provide the
strategy and support to enhance the talent of the organization that will result in accomplishing business goals.
The Director is responsible for: advancing leadership development, change leadership, organizational culture,
employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and learning management efforts. The
Director will partner with the Chief Human Resource Officer, senior executives, and mid-level leaders to ensure
alignment of organizational development programs and initiatives are designed to further system priorities and
result-oriented outcomes. The Director will serve as a strategic partner to Adena Health leaders to develop
process and facilitate organizational change.
