About this role

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations at their assigned site, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate for this role is bilingual in both English and Spanish.

The salary range for this role is 80-85k.

- Oversees the full employee lifecycle at the site, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.

- Builds and maintains strong, effective working relationships with employees across all roles and levels within the organization.

- Provides guidance, coaching, and support to HR staff at the site

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.

- Communicates clearly, proactively, and effectively with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.

- Manages multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced and occasionally high‑pressure environment.

- Performs additional duties and projects assigned to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent) preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Demonstrated excellence in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

- Ability and willingness to travel between locations as business needs require.

Work Environment:

- This role primarily operates in an office setting with moderate exposure to noise, fumes, airborne particles and varying temperatures while on the plant floor.
