We're a compassionate in-home care agency serving families throughout San Diego North County. Weekends are some of the most meaningful, and most needed, shifts in caregiving. We're looking for a reliable, skilled caregiver who takes pride in showing up and delivering exceptional, person-centered care when families need it most.

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance using proper body mechanics and assistive equipment
- Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions using dignity-first, person-centered techniques
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Offer genuine companionship and emotional support that honors each client's independence and individuality

What We're Looking For
- Consistent weekend availability: Saturday and/or Sunday shifts
- 1+ year of in-home caregiving or similar hands-on experience
- Demonstrated experience with transfers, lifts, and safe mobility assistance
- Experience supporting clients with dementia or Alzheimer's (strongly preferred)
- Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and current TB test
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Dependable, warm, and professional — clients and families count on you
