About this role
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds
- Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products
- Ensure Safety compliance.
- Maintain & record maintenance of any/all equipment
- Provide courteous customer service.
- Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Properly load/unload trucks
- Properly load railcars
- Operate various equipment
- Perform minor maintenance and greasing of equipment
- Assist with cleaning of bins and silos
Qualifications

- Must have good attendance
- Must be safety minded
- Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills
- Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment
- Adaptable, self-starter, dependable
- Must be able to work outside
- Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record. No OVI, DUI or more than two (2) points on record.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
