Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and support daily operations of business applications, including ERP, HRMS, Workflow, and other corporate applications.
- Ensure business applications are stable, available, and able to support daily operations across the manufacturing site.
- Responsibilities include daily maintenance and troubleshooting for Local systems and at least one of the below application experiences
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP users and business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain where applicable.
- Support HRMS operations, including employee information, attendance, leave, Support workflow system, and related employee-facing applications

​Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support
- Familiar with AP systems, including ERP, HR, workflow, and related enterprise systems
- Experience in system maintenance & troubleshooting
- Familiar with C#, Oracle DB, MS SQL ​

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in leading integration projects
- Experience in independent system development, maintenance, and optimization.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT system maintenance
- Good communication skills in Spanish
