Under the direct supervision of the National Programme Officer of the Migration Solutions Unit (MSU), the Hotline Coordinator will be responsible for providing accurate, detailed and migrant-centric information and conducting pre-departure orientation sessions on various migration destinations and contribute to the IOM Safe Migration Hotline team’s coordination, operation, capacity building and reporting. The Hotline Coordinator will lead and supervise the Safe Migration Hotline Team (Hotline Consultants and Operators).
