Your responsibilities
Cpro Food is on track to double or triple its volume within two years and you'll help build the organisation to get there. As Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) in Loncin, you'll take full ownership of daily operations and site performance, with real budget authority behind your decisions, whille building and developing a team that grows alongside the business.
* You own the __warehouse operation end-to-end__, from goods receipt and put-away to picking, packing, shipping and truck loading.
* You __lead and develop the Team Leads and the full warehouse team__ (8–10 employees), including goal-setting reviews and building a resilient substitution structure.
* You __steer and improve operational KPIs__: OTIF, picking productivity, order and inventory accuracy, damage rate and fleet utilisation.
* You hold overall __accountability for site performance and cost-efficiency__, including operating costs, budget and investments up to a defined limit.
* You drive __continuous improvement of ERP/WMS-supported processes__ and the __D2C ramp-up__ on site, writing and enforcing SOPs along the way.
* You ensure __site safety and compliance__ (PPE, Belgian labour and fire safety law, EU feed hygiene/HACCP) and coordinate __cross-functionally with Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Finance, People & Organisation and IT__.
Your profile
* Several years of __hands-on experience leading a warehouse or logistics operation__
* Solid __end-to-end process knowledge__ across goods receipt, intralogistics, outbound and stock counting, plus confidence with __transport processes__ (CMR documentation, tour planning, carrier coordination).
* Experience with __WMS and ERP systems__.
* __Structured__, __performance-driven and hands-on attitude__
* Clear __communicator under pressure__, with experience __driving change__ in established teams.
* __Fluent French__ (__C1__) and very good English (__B2__).
