About this role
It is the assurance and governance backbone of the project organization —the function that gives the CEO office, CPAG / Chairman's office and business leadership one correct, timely and trusted view of every project. The PMO Head assures capital, cost, planning, statutory and integration health across the portfolio, expedites decisions, anchors escalation, and integrates all business-unit and enabling departments so projects are delivered without internal hindrance. It is where assurance, not just reporting, is owned.
