Senior Accountant - Partner Finance

We're looking for a Senior Accountant - Partner Finance to join our Global Finance team, a collaborative and inclusive function that plays a critical role in driving commercial insight, financial excellence, and long-term business success. ## What you'll be doing
As a Senior Accountant within Partner Finance, you'll:
- Support the allocation, calculation, and distribution of partner profit shares and remuneration
- Manage partner drawings, capital contributions, deductions, and related financial processes
- Administer partner annuity arrangements and support partner equity forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate partner capital records and assist with partner funding and loan management
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support financial control, governance, and audit requirements
- Help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls
- Drive process improvements and support the ongoing development of finance systems and tools
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to colleagues within the team
- Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate across Finance, HR, Legal, Treasury, Tax, and other business functions

## What we're looking for
We're interested in the skills, experience, and potential you can bring to the team. You may be successful in this role if you have:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (or are at finalist level)
- Strong accounting and financial control experience within a complex organisation
- Experience working within statutory and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes
- The ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and expectations
Desirable experience:
- Partnership Finance experience
- Experience within a legal, professional services, or partnership-based environment
