About this role

In a context of transformation, Polène is currently looking for a Junior Image Producer to contribute to the production, coordination and follow-up of the Maison’s image projects.

You will thrive in this role if you want to:

- Contribute to the preparation and coordination of image productions , from the receipt of creative briefs through to the final delivery of projects.
- Support the research and selection of production partners, talents, castings and locations , in line with the creative needs and identity of the Maison.
- Support the production process , contributing to the development of production schedules, team coordination and the smooth running of shoots, particularly internationally.
- Ensure the operational follow-up of production partners and the different stages of post-production , facilitating the flow of information and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to the monitoring of production budgets , helping to optimise costs while ensuring that defined budgets are respected.
- Contribute to the organisation and improvement of production processes , including production archiving, creative research and making the necessary resources available to the teams.
- Support the management of the in-house photo studio, production stock and equipment , anticipating material and logistical needs and ensuring their availability.

You will excel in this role if:

- You have initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in image production , ideally within fashion, luxury, advertising or the creative industries .
- You have a strong interest in image production and are eager to develop your skills in coordinating and managing shoots, particularly in international contexts.
- You are organised, rigorous, responsive and have strong project management skills , with an initial understanding of budget monitoring and proficiency in office tools.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and operating in environments that require frequent interaction , while being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within tight deadlines.
- You are fluent in French and English and hold a valid driving licence .
- You have a strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen interest in fashion, photography and visual arts , as well as a strong appetite for researching landscapes and outdoor locations, both in France and internationally.
- You are curious, committed and eager to learn , with the desire to progressively develop your autonomy in managing productions.
- Frequent international travel will be required as part of the role.

Within the Image team , you will join a team of around fifteen people and report directly to the Senior Production Manager . You will work closely with internal teams, including Art Direction, Graphic Design and Branding , as well as talents, agencies and other external partners.

The team operates in a dynamic environment, with numerous creative projects to coordinate simultaneously. You will directly contribute to developing Polène’s desirability and visual positioning among its audiences globally , by contributing to the production of imagery and campaigns that embody the Maison’s identity and universe.
