RINA is building a talent pool of Project Services and Support professionals for a potential Biorefinery Project in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia.
We are seeking experienced professionals to support project execution, project controls, document management, procurement, and project management activities.

Procurement & Permitting
- Expedite / Material Coordinator
- Interface Coordinator
Requirements
Expert Level Roles
(Project Cost Engineer, Interface Coordinator)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Plant, or large industrial projects
- Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certification in a relevant discipline
- Experience in at least one EPCC Onshore Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Project
Senior Level Role
(Expedite / Material Coordinator)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Junior Level Roles
(Project Assistant, Project Secretary, Document Controller)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Preferred Experience
- EPCC projects
- Refinery and petrochemical projects
- Large industrial facilities
- Document management and project controls systems
