Job Purpose
Strengthen the drafting team by delivering precise and detailed drafting work for Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems in Water, Plants, and Infrastructure projects. Ensuring high-quality outputs that comply with project requirements, industry standards, and timelines, contributing to the successful execution of engineering designs.
Key Accountability Areas
Drafting & Design Execution:
- Prepare drawings that meet established drafting standards, ensuring high quality and adherence to project schedules.
- Follow defined drafting guidelines, procedures, and industry standards consistently.
- Utilize advanced drafting tools, techniques, and software to produce accurate and effective designs.
- Complete drafting tasks within allocated timelines and man-hours (MHs), maintaining efficiency and quality.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in drafting and related fields.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for all drafting activities.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and assistance to senior design team members as needed.
- Drafting Responsibilities:
Drafting Tasks:
- Drafting, detailing, and scheduling work as per instructions from the Lead Engineer and Engineer.
- Assist the project team in relation to project deliverables.
- Ensure timely production and quality of allocated work.
- Assist the project engineer in BOQ take-off.
Submittals & Documentation:
- Responsible for printing and organizing submittals with required QMS documentation.
- Coordinate with office boys for the completion of submittals.
- Record submittal delivery for the assigned activities.
Assistance to Other Roles:
- Provide assistance to:
The Management as requested.
The Manager as required.
The Lead Engineers and Engineers in the development of project deliverables.
The Sr. Designer in the development of drafting standards.
- Assist in day-to-day department operations when necessary.

Academic Qualification
Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute or Design
