Earn $85,000 average annual gross pay delivering furniture, appliances, and lawn equipment to retail locations. Enjoy consistent weekday routes, home time 2-3 times per week , and predictable start times by route.
Pay Details
$85,000 Average Annual Gross Pay
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,700
- PTO earned immediately at 1.5 hours per week
- PTO increases to 2.3 hours per week after 6 years
- PTO increases to 3 hours per week after 19 years
Job Details
- Deliver furniture, appliances, and lawn equipment
- Haul preloaded freight in 53' trailers or 26' straight trucks
- Tailgate and unload freight using a liftgate and dolly
- Down-stack refrigerators, washers/dryers, couches, mattresses, and other large items
- Must consistently lift up to 100 lbs.
- Riders not permitted
Shift Details
- Home most days
- Monday-Friday
- Weekend work available based on customer needs
- Start times between 4:00 AM-7:00 AM , consistent by route
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Home approximately 2-3 times per week
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to perform physical unloading and lift up to 100 lbs.
- No SAP drivers
Equipment & Training
- Freightliner and International trucks
- Assigned truck; driver cannot choose the unit
- Trucks remain at the account during time off
- Drivers in the Champaign, IL area may take the truck home
