About this role
What you will do
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Lithuania’s largest public sector institutions, municipalities, S tate-owned enterprises, and other strategic organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on financing, investment, and long-term development initiatives
- Identify and originate new business opportunities that support public infrastructure, sustainability, digitalization, and economic growth
- Perform high-quality financial and credit analysis and prepare materials for SEB’s credit decision-making bodies
- Lead and coordinate financing processes, ensuring efficient execution and high service quality
- Assess risks, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations aligned with SEB’s credit policies and governance standards
- Collaborate closely with product specialists, legal advisors, risk teams, and colleagues across the Baltic and international SEB network
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and stronger client engagement
- Stay informed about public sector trends, government priorities, EU funding programs, and market developments

- Strong financial analysis and presentation skills
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine motivation to contribute to Lithuania’s long-term development
