What You'll Do

- Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathes and vertical mills to produce high-precision components

- Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments to maintain efficient production

- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture parts accurately

- Inspect finished components using precision measurement equipment to verify conformance to requirements

- Identify and address quality issues while maintaining high production standards

- Complete production records and documentation accurately

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

- Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and fellow machinists to support manufacturing goals

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and setting up Swiss CNC lathes

- Able to work 3:00pm to 12:00am

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

- Proficiency with precision measurement instruments and inspection techniques

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision

- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
