About this role
We are looking for a hands-on, versatile, and solutions-oriented technical professional. This position is not limited to PLC programming or managing projects from an office. The technician must be willing and able to work directly alongside maintenance technicians and production teams to troubleshoot equipment, understand the root causes of failures, and transform those observations into sustainable improvement projects.
The ideal candidate brings a strong reliability and modernization mindset: repair equipment when necessary, but more importantly, understand why the failure occurred and determine how the equipment, controls, or process can be modified, automated, or modernized to prevent recurrence.
THE OBJECTIVE: Become a key technical resource for the plant, bridging day-to-day maintenance support with Qualipak’s long-term modernization, automation, and reliability strategy.
