Job Overview:
The Toyota Certified Network Onboarding Consultant is a specialist in the initial research and vetting of collision centers to identify those that would be a good fit for the certified network. Once vetted, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for managing the application and agreement process in order to get the collision center started in the Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) program. In addition, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for setting up new dealer codes for each collision center, Dealer Daily admin access and enrolling the new TCCC in all required software platforms. The Onboarding Consultant needs to provide white glove customer service to enable a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research and vet collision centers for potential inclusion in the TCCC program based on market area
- Manage the application and agreement process, including routing the agreement through region, RMD, Legal and Collision Ops teams for approval to start the TCCC program
- Communicate and provide white glove customer service to accelerate the onboarding process
- Complete TCCCi Setup for each collision center, including setting up dealer codes and Dealer Daily admin access, as well as assisting collision centers in loading shop personnel and providing access to TIS, learning center and other software platforms.
- Provide technical support via Technical Information Systems (TIS) for basic TCCCi platforms
- Explain the benefits of participation in the TCCC program and assist in increasing program participation to capture more collision opportunity
- Onboard up to 10 collision centers per month
- Providing customer support with TCCC issues and requests, including training sign-up support
- Provide materials to help TCCCs or potential TCCCs learn best practices to achieve their desired outcome more efficiently.
- Support Toyota Collision Operations projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with Toyota Collision Operations team on administrative needs
- Daily review of TCCC enrollment list to ensure all information is complete and accurate
Qualifications:
- Experience in collision repair center operations, equipment, training, roles, etc. in order to best assist in the research and vetting of collision centers and to communicate effectively with collision center owners and managers
- High emotional intelligence and empathy skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues
- Ability to de-escalate customer support requests and maintain a positive, goal-driven customer relationship
- Highly organized and process driven
