The Back Office Officer is expected to work Monday through Sunday as part of a rotating shift schedule supporting 24/7 operations. The standard working hours consist of eight (8) hours per day as follows:

Summer Time:

- 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM

- 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Winter Time:

- 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

- 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

The applicable shift will be determined by the Company based on operational and business requirements. The employee may be required to work on a rotating shift schedule, including shifts outside the standard working hours, as necessary to support the Company’s 24/7 operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Overseeing the daily execution of tasks relating to deposits and withdrawals

- Leading the risk assessment of all transactions related to deposits, withdrawals and credits, to identify potential fraud and other related issues, and take all necessary actions

- Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner

- Preparing of various regulatory reports related to back-office/administration

- Proactively measuring and improving operational processes

- Identifying and enhancing internal procedures, systems, and controls

- Communicating with other internal departments and the Company’s partners

- Providing a high level of communication and support to the Company’s partners

- Taking initiative, delegating effectively, and communicating clearly to meet the department’s goals

- In addition to the above duties, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties

Job Requirements

- University degree in Economics/Finance/Business or in a related field (preferable but not a must)

- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage

- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

- High fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines

- Good communication and monitoring skills

- Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills

- Self-learner and highly motivated individual
