Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

- Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control, and driving achievement of financial targets

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives

- Lead assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining

- Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems (e.g., GreenMile, Motus, etc.) to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across the region

- Lead the merchandising team by fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment

- Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 2 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience

- Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

- Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products
