What Youll Do

- Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)

- Help clients get into the community and stay engaged

- Follow care plans and goals

- Communicate with families and your team

- Complete notes and documentation

- Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Current Clients Needing Additional Support

Client 1:

- Female | 13yrs | 97080

- Schedule: Friday- Sunday ( times T.B.D.)

- Likes: Libraries, crafts, especially crochet

- Needs: The client is very high masking. She wants to get comfortable with someone by spending time with them. She will need someone patient and understanding of that. She is looking for someone that meets her enthusiasm with things and high energy, someone that is closer to her age (must be 18 or older)

Client 2:

- Female | 10yrs | 97030

- Schedule: TBD- open depending on DSPS

- Likes: Loves going on walks, going out to eat, loves to be talked to, loves listening to music, mostly 90s boy bands, does not like salad

- Needs: Supports with toileting, that is active and enjoys being outdoors, can work with reinforcing of boundaries and redirecting when needed to complete tasks. Someone with their own transportation, and must be patient.

Client 3:

- Male | 22yrs old | 97060

- Schedule: Thursday from 5:00 pm-11:00 pm

- Likes: Enjoys cooking, likes feeling independent, maintaining connections with friends, and is interested in singing, like 1975s songs

- Needs: Total assistance with all activities of daily living, client uses wheelchair and must be comfortable and able to lift and assist with mobility and transfers, help with personal care, and help with meal prep and dressing, and general ADLS and IADLS

Requirements

- 18+ years old

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience

- Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation

- Smartphone required

- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.

- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
