What We Offer
- $19–$29/hour, depending on experience
- PTO: 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked

What You'll Do
- Support the maintenance team in the upkeep of all Titus-Will facilities
- Handle a mix of pressure washing, painting, groundskeeping, and basic plumbing, electrical, construction, and mechanical tasks
- Learn hands-on from our experienced maintenance team
- Work independently with strong attention to detail — no two days look the same
- Take on other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine eagerness to learn
- Comfortable delivering professional, best-in-class service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation — every day, on time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
