Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive experience preferred (any make or model welcome), though we will consider the right candidate with less.

- Core Skills: Solid working knowledge of entry-level service tasks, including general maintenance and fluid exchanges.

- Drive & Ambition: A strong desire to advance your skills and achieve Master Technician status.

- Background Checks: Ability to pass a standard background check and a 10-year driving record review.

Preferred Qualifications

- Holding 1 or 2 ASE certifications is a major plus.

- Basic diagnostic experience.
