Automotive Lube Technician

We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our busy Quick Lube team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with a four-day workweek, no weekends, excellent benefits, and opportunities to advance within the dealership.
Pay and Schedule
- $20.30 per hour
- Full-time, four-day workweek
- 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Scheduled four days between Monday and Friday
- No evenings or weekends
- Consistent weekly hours
What Youll Do
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Inspect and replace engine air filters and cabin air filters
- Replace wiper blades and exterior bulbs
- Identify maintenance needs and clearly document inspection results
- Safely operate automotive lifts, hand tools, and shop equipment
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with technicians, advisors, and other team members to keep vehicles moving efficiently
- Complete other duties that support the Quick Lube and Service teams
What Were Looking For
- No previous automotive experience required
- At least 18 years old
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job correctly
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to contribute as part of a team
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in their work
- Automotive trade-school education or mechanical experience is helpful, but not required

Physical and Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on position that involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, working around vehicles, and handling tires and automotive components. Work is performed in a busy automotive service environment.
