Job Summary
Provides a physically and emotionally safe and interactive play environment for children. Opens, closes and cleans playrooms and toys. May provide activities for infants, children and adolescents.
Essential Functions

- Opens room ensuring it is ready for use. Close room at end of day.
- Cleans room and toys according to infection control policy.
- Stocks, maintains and organizes playrooms.
- Provides daily playroom activities as instructed.
- Greets clients and children in a friendly manner. Strives to make each visit a positive experience. Maintains a physically and emotionally safe environment for children at all times.
- May assist with community donations, events and holidays as needed.
- May circulate toy cart.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
- This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
- Education - High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Experience - Childcare work experience preferred.
