Mammoth Disposal (Waste Connections)   is hiring a   CDL Class B   Driver   for   local, home-daily routes in Mammoth Lakes, CA . This role is based in Mammoth, with occasional work out of our Bishop location.

⏰ Schedule

- Monday–Friday , with   occasional Saturdays
- Start time: 5:30 AM
- 8–10 hour shifts   (route-based)

 What You’ll Do

- Operate   garbage trucks   on   local routes
- Complete routes efficiently and safely (residential & commercial stops)
- Read route sheets and follow dispatcher instructions
- Perform   daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Handle   physical tasks   (lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50+ lbs)
- Provide professional   customer service   in local communities

 Work Environment

- Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
- Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts which require following basic safety precautions.
- The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. Noise level is usually moderate.

✅ Requirements

- Valid   CDL Class B   with   Air Brakes
- Clean driving record
- At least 1 year of   CDL driving   experience
- Ability to work outdoors and perform   physical labor
- Basic English communication   skills

 Location

- Based in   Mammoth Lakes, CA
- Support as needed in   Bishop, CA
- Shuttle transportation provided between Bishop and Mammoth
