Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monday-Friday

Summary :     Oversees   maintenance   managers   in   a defined region   or group , while   being responsible for   the day-to-day upkeep   in   the facilities   in that region .   Maximum emphasis is placed on safety programs and maintaining compliance with the property management goals and expectations.

Essenti al Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensures   all policies and procedures are enforced.

- Plan and manage   short   term   and   long term   projects.

- Has   a   knowledge of basic electrical principles as they apply to such things as AC-DC circuitry and hardware, relays,   switches   and circuit breakers.

- Has knowledge of basic plumbing design and repair.

- Has knowledge of basic construction techniques and requirements including but not limited   to:   framing, metalwork, millwork, HVAC, drywall, concrete, paving, roofing, painting, sprinkler systems, fire life safety, plumbing, and electrical.

- Has knowledge of building and fire permit requirements and code regulations.

- Willing and able to work hands-on to complete work orders and   assist   the technicians in the field.

- Sets   work   schedule s   for the   facilities   maintenance   person ne l   as needed .

- Dedicated to supporting operations requirements by working in a safe environment.

- Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance   depa rtment   staff   follows   established   safety procedures to avoid injuries to self and others such as lock out devices, protective clothing, and waste disposal   techniques .

- Ab i li ty to   prepare   progress   reports/ status updates   and effectively communicate   to   operational leaders .

- Completes records and reports as   required .

- Responsible for   maintaining electrical equipment in good operating   condition   at all times .

- Responsible for ensuring that the maintenance staff   is   always providing excellence in customer service   to all internal and external customer s .

- Position is full-time .

- Local travel   and l ong-distance travel may be   required .
- Ability to be on call as needed locally.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Directly supervises   the Facilities Manager s and technicians in the assigned region   or group .   C arries out supervisory responsibilities   in accordance with   the organization's   policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance .    5 + years of relevant experience.

Pay Range:

$100,000 - $115,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
